Please note that this is an application form. When you have completed this form you will be contacted by an Icelandair representive who will either confirm or decline your attendance to the tradeshow.

The Icelandair Mid-Atlantic Tradeshow is wholly owned and operated by Icelandair. The Icelandair Mid-Atlantic Tradeshow Organising Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any participant.
Icelandair Mid-Atlantic Tradeshow is wholly owned and operated by Icelandair. To guarantee the variety of the Tradeshow, as well as to keep a balance between types of businesses that suppliers offer, the Icelandair Mid-Atlantic Tradeshow Organising Committee reserves the right to accept any participant or reject all of those.

Priority is given to those companies who have participanted previous years. New companies will automatically be put on waitlist until further notice. All buyers will automatically be put on waitinglist until furter notice.









Single Booth: Included is participation for 2 persons. Tradeshow admission. Thursday get-together and Friday evening. Single size booth with printed material provided by supplier, print and set-up included in the fee. 1 table and 4 chairs. Price ISK {{boothCost.iceland | number}},-
Double Booth: Included is participation for 4 persons. Tradeshow admission. Thursday get-together and Friday evening. Double size booth with printed material provided by supplier, print and set-up included in the fee. 2 table and 8 chairs. Price ISK {{ boothCost.iceland * 2| number}},-

Participant Information

One participant is included in a single booth.
An extra participant per company can be added for an additional price of USD 950. Please note that only one extra participant per company is allowed. An extra participant per company can be added for an additional price of EUR 880. Please note that only one extra participant per company is allowed. 2 participants are included in a single booth.
